Deanne Hicks Art What's New

A little about me: 

   I am retired and now for my first time I can work on my art a lot more. Family is grown and my husband and our dog have a very busy life. We have a house built in 1947 sitting on a half an acre, with garden and fruit trees and a creek, chickens. It my county house in the city, it keeps us very busy. 

 I am so excited I now get to invest some more time to my passion my art. I remember my first box of crayons it was like magic in a box. That sent me on a journey to become an artist; I work in many mediums like oil, acrylic, watercolor, and house paint, wool, wood, clay. Some of my work takes weeks I am now following in a dream of bringing something new and unique to you. I will have new items from time to time.    

What's new: 

  I have worked to open a Shopify store just for you so that in case you might have missed my gallery showing this year, or my local vender participation. You still get the adventure of seeing what's new. My new work is brooms, not any kind of brooms but very unique brooms. They have a very special way of bringing a little magic to any space. They are handmade and a wonderful addition to any pace.
