Deanne Hicks Art wants you to find artwork you love!

All one-of-a-kind sales such as brooms are final. See below for our damage policy.

All commissioned artwork sales are final and non-refundable. See below for our damage policy.

Broom and one-of-a-kind commissions:

If you notice damage upon unpacking your broom, or one-of-a-kind artwork, you will need to take a digital photo of the damage, both the product and the packaging within 48 hours of receiving the product. Send those photos to Deanne Hicks Art contact at deannehicksart@deannehicksart.net   if we find that the item was damaged in transit we will refund your money.

Prints: Printify fulfills all Deanne Hicks Art print products. Printify is a print-on-demand company, which means all products are unique and produced only when ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Printify offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact PRINTIFY within 30 days of product delivery.

Unreasonable requests that blur the line, take advantage of, or manipulate the situation will not be indulged. It will be worked out in line with policy in a fair way.

Please note: Deanne Hicks Art special commissions and limited one-of-a-kind products, are all final sales. Special Collections, Limited Editions are Final Sales and are not eligible for returns.
